As an impartial observer, it's pretty obvious that Ramos clamped down on Salah's arm before Salah "grabbed Ramos' arm" for the briefest of moments (natural reaction really), and then you can even see Salah's wrist go straight again as he's trying to get his arm out of there, but Ramos won't allow it and takes him down with him. Whether intentional or not, it certainly deserved a yellow and definitely caused Salah's other shoulder taking all the impact and getting injured.
