Three of the five aerial duels won in just over 25 minutes on the pitch were crucial in keeping the ball deep in the final third, and this late cameo was the exact performance Richarlison needed to regain confidence in his football.

Well into injury time, Spurs were 1-0 down thanks to Gustavo Hamer’s 73rd-minute opener, but a series of late substitutions had all the impact in added time. The allotted 12 minutes of injury time were thrown into chaos after Richarlison equalized for Spurs, popping up two minutes later to kick in Dejan Kulusevski’s winner. With the Spurs fans going wild and both sets of players on their feet, three more yellow cards, including a second for Oli McBurnie, were handed out, as Spurs held on in a match that will long be remembered .

He cuts back to Kulusevski, who positions himself before firing the ball into the top left corner, and chaos ensues! The stadium bounces back to its foundations as the Spurs take a late 2-1 lead, and they have somehow snatched victory from the jaws of defeat!
