Tickets: Bristol City (H) – Leeds United

We can now confirm ticket details for our Sky Bet Championship match with Bristol City at Elland Road on Saturday October 7. (3 p.m.).

Please note that when registering online you will only have access to purchase tickets for the game if you have the correct membership level.

We are pleased to announce that the club has entered into a reciprocal ticket price offer with Bristol City.

The EFL allows reciprocal ticket deals to be agreed between clubs and we will continue to work with all other Sky Bet Championship teams to try and offer a better deal to traveling supporters.

Following the completion of the deal, Bristol City fans traveling to Elland Road in October and Leeds United fans traveling to Ashton Gate in February will pay the same price for tickets.

Phase 3: 5 p.m. Friday September 22, 2023

  • Opening of the ticket exchange
  • General admission season ticket holders who cannot attend this meeting can return their place online by accessing their “My Account” option.

Phase 4: online voting

  • Registration opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday September 23, 2023
  • Poll closes on Sunday September 24, 2023 at midnight
  • Conduct of the ballot and notifications of successful candidates around Monday September 25 2023
  • Any My Leeds members who were unsuccessful in purchasing a ticket in Phase 1 or 2 can register to vote.

Phase 5: Ticket Exchange Sales

All seats returned by season ticket holders via ticket exchange will be sold in the following order:

  • 10:30 a.m. Thursday September 28, 2023- My Leeds priority and my Leeds+ members
  • 10:30 a.m. Friday September 29, 2023 – All members of My Leeds

Phase 6: Reshipping tickets

  • From 9am on Monday October 2, 2023, our ticket transfer service will be available online for this game.
  • General admission season ticket holders and all My Leeds members will be able to pass on their seat as a mobile ticket to another supporter if they are unable to attend an individual match.
  • The supporter to whom they send their ticket must be linked to their ticketing account via the “My friends and family” option and also be a 2023/24 member.

Members are advised that when purchasing a home match ticket online, the correct price type (e.g. adult, junior U16) must be selected based on your age on the day of the match.


As the vast majority of our home match tickets are sold online and through our call centre, the West Stand Box Office will now only be open on home match days.

Tickets for home matches can only be booked via the following methods:

In line with the 2022/23 season, all fans will receive mobile tickets on their smartphone.

Due to promotional issues, there is no “Print at Home” option.

A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive your match ticket while increasing security and fraud protection. It is part of the club’s long-term sustainability plan to reduce the use of paper and plastic at the stadium.

Supporters will receive their match tickets by email from the club.

In the confirmation email you will find a link to download your match tickets directly to your smartphone.

All 2023/24 members who failed to purchase a ticket in Phase 1 or 2 can apply for the online ballot.

If you want to be elected/seated with friends or family members, then you need to register in one application.

Each member can only register once to vote.

The maximum number of MPs in a voting request is 10.

To apply as friends and family, they must be linked to your account through the “My Friends and Family” option in your online ticketing account.

It is imperative that you select the correct age range for each ballot candidate.

The lead applicant will need to enter their credit/debit card details when submitting a voting request.

No payments will be processed at the time of registration to vote.

Please note that when registering to vote, you will be able to specify “General Seats” or “Family Seats” seats.

If you are successful, the automated voting system will automatically assign you a seat which may be in one of our general admission stands.

To apply for the Family Space, you must meet our criteria of no more than two adults per dealership.

Once the ballot registration deadline has passed, the ballot will be drawn randomly.

Successful supporters will automatically have their credit/debit card payment charged for the full cost of the ticket (including booking fees) and the lead applicant will receive a confirmation email containing their mobile tickets.

If you don’t receive an email, you haven’t succeeded. Supporters can check if they have passed the ballot via the ‘My Account’ option in their online ticketing account.

Voting will take place match by match.


General admission season ticket holders and all My Leeds members will be able to pass on their seat as a mobile ticket to another supporter if they are unable to attend an individual match.

However, the supporter to whom they pass their ticket must be linked to their ticketing account via the ‘My Friends and Family’ option and also be a My Leeds 2023/24 member.

Please note that you can transfer your place to a My Leeds member who offers the same price type, at no extra cost. For example, adult membership holder to adult member or adult member to adult member.

You can also upgrade your ticket as part of the ticket transfer process, for example as a Junior Membership Holder to an Adult My Leeds Member (in this scenario there would be an upgrade fee to pay).

If you wish to transfer your season ticket seat to a member with a lower price category, for example an adult season ticket holder to a Junior My Leeds member, this can be done, but no downgrade refund will be offered. In this scenario, you need to select the new ticket owner from your Friends & Family list and the new price type, which in this example is Adult. The new price type you enter must be that of the season ticket holder, regardless of the price type of the member receiving the transferred ticket.

To transfer your ticket, please follow the simple step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Log in to your online ticketing account
  2. Once logged in, select the “Tickets” option under your name displayed in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the game concerned, click on the “Forward Ticket” button
  4. You will see the game and your seat details listed, click the “Forward Ticket” button
  5. Select the new owner of your ticket, click the drop-down menu to select the member from your friends and family list.
  6. Select the new price type (Adult, Senior, etc.) for the member and click “Transfer Ticket”.
  7. The ticket will appear in your basket, any price difference will appear here (eg Junior to Adult) Click Proceed to payment
  8. Confirmation will also appear from the person you are transferring your ticket to. If it is correct, click “Next”
  9. Click to accept the terms and conditions, click “Submit”
  10. The Season Subscription Pass or the Members match ticket will be deactivated. An email will be sent to the season ticket holder or member and a confirmation email containing the mobile ticket will be sent directly to the member receiving the ticket.
  11. Forward post finished!
  12. Please note that once a ticket has been transmitted, it cannot be recalled by the original season ticket holder or original member.

Season Ticket Holders and General Admission Members can transfer their seat to a My Leeds member until the turnstiles open on match day. The turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.


Our popular ticket exchange will continue for the 2023/24 season.

The LUFC Ticket Exchange allows all general admission season ticket holders to sell their seats back to the club on a match-by-match basis if they are unable to attend any home championship matches.

By using Ticket Exchange, you’re helping the club ensure the stadium is as full as possible for every home game, but you’ll also receive *100% of your ticket price in return.

To list your seat for sale, please log in to your online ticketing account, click on “My Account” and you will see the Ticket Exchange option in the Alerts section. You can continue to check the status of your sit here.

General admission season ticket holders can return their seats until the turnstiles open on match day, 90 minutes before kick-off.

My Leeds Priority and My Leeds Plus members receive priority access to purchase all seats returned by season ticket holders via Ticket Exchange before My Leeds members.

*Each time the club manages to resell a season ticket holder seat, the season ticket holder will receive an online ticketing credit and this will be prorated to the value of their season ticket. The credit will be automatically added to your ticketing account once the game is played and the credit can be accumulated throughout the season and redeemed against your season ticket for the following campaign. For EFL Championship League home matches, season ticket holders will receive the value of their season ticket divided by 23 matches.

Match tickets can be returned to the box office for a refund (excluding booking fees) up to 24 hours before kick-off. All returned tickets will be resold via the Leeds United Ticket Exchange.


Our online booking fee remains at £1.00 per ticket. Any tickets purchased through the call center will incur a booking fee of £1.75 per ticket.
