16. Even though both team players encroached the same time, one of the encroaching players of Dortmund cleared the ball, which according to some part of the rules required retaking the PK. If an un-encroaching player had cleared the ball when Lai Havertz missed, the PK won’t have been retaken. This is a weird rule and as a Chelsea supporter I think we didn’t get that goal very fairly but I am happy we went through because of such a break. I wished we had scored all our goals from open play
