14. Martinez is a nice fella no doubt however he’s a below average manager with below average tactics and in game adjustments! His formation is also a disaster and he’s arguably the biggest reason why over the last few years Belgium have failed time n time again! At that level the manager is beyond vital. It’s exactly why England failed to win the euros, Southgate looked lost, confused, and his in game tactics were piss poor!

15. The Belgian FA really screwed up when they appointed Roberto Martinez to coach the best group of Belgium players since the mid-1980s. If they had recruited an elite manager, Belgium would have at least one World Cup and one European Championship to show for it.
