I would use peps barca gengenpress as my atttack plan against defensive teams in fifa 20 newcastle career mode i use peps man city 433 false 9 as my balanced plan and i still get tiki taka moments for my defense plan i use jose mourhinos back 5 with declan rice as a 3rd cb in the middle with 2 wingbacks not attacking but peps gengenpress will possibly be amazing since im learning the art of tiki taka im used to fast build up and very high pressing but i think tiki taka possesion is more usefull for staminia conservstion and the goals are better with tiki taka
