1. Hello Beppe,
   As always looked forward to your reaction as i agree to most of what you say. However, there is 1 things i differ on and that is not considering FedericoGatti for starting lineup.
   FedericoGatti has had some poor games but he has been decent in some others too. This is his first season in SerieA and that is without consistent game time, exactly like NicoloFagioli immediately after a poor game he is out of starting lineup.
   Maybe we need to take a look back at our own history for last 15 years, GiorgioChiellini was fantastic always but he was at Juve even between 2007-2010 when we were disappointing game after game. LeonardoBonucci after joining for Bari who were also playing in SerieA in 2010 took number of years and errors before becoming a top class defender for Juventus which was around 2015. It was the entry of another defender AndreaBarzagli who joined in January 2011 that initiated the establishment of a solid defensive unit at Juventus. He joined Juve when he was 29 year old for a fee less than 1 million euro as he was not required at Wolfsburg.
   While I am not comparing FedericoGatti with any of these legends, I am suggesting development of top defenders can also take time. Thus, i fully believe Juve coaching staff should invest time and efforts to develop FedericoGatti and avoid repeating the same mistakes that we did with DanieleRugani, who even now operates as a decent backup option but rather it is his wages that are a burden for the club.
   Add to that the current overall Juve situation, the uncertainties surrounding permanent sales of WestonMcKennie & DenisZakaria, the potential exits of AdrienRabiot & JuanCuadrado which will need replacements, missed opportunity of JakubKiwior and high demands of EvanN'dicka, shouldn't it be better to invest time and effort on developing a defensive unit that involves FedericoGatti and also DanieleRugani as a backup ??
   Then the FIGC nonsense is affecting all players even the veterans, so these relatively naive players like NicoloFagioli and FedericoGatti could also get affected by that. The club needs responsible leaders than just searching for scapegoats amongst naive players, some important players like AdrienRabiot, FilipKostic, GleisonBremer should be the ones to step up and inspire others but they themselves are lost since returning from the World Cup break.
   Finally, I have nothing against MaxAllegri but I have started doubting his intentions, his favorites are of more importance than Juve goals. Seriously, MattiaDeSciglio and AlexSandro have no place at Juventus which.

2. maybe the players can't react because they are always used to playing waiting and defending, as it has been ingrained in the players' brains, hang on and sometimes forget to score goals.

3. Who should be the leader from the sporting side at this moment if not the coach?

   Beppe, you sometimes have to put yourself in the place of an ordinary observer who looks at things neutrally.
   
   The reputation, and even the brand of the club itself, has been damaged in recent years, and this is primarily influenced by the results and the way/style we play and win games.
   
   And also we know all, because of the management itself, of course. But let's put this punishment and the investigations that are going on aside for a moment.

   The sporting side of failure is the most important in all of this. At the end of the season, unfortunately, I see my club again without a single trophy.
   
   The level of football we provide is a disaster!!!
   
   There is no permanent solution to the game and no improvement on either the team or individual level.
   
   Allegri is a major problem from the very beginning of his second stint!

5. What else needed to sack Aleegri? Why the whle Juve institution of juve is sacreficed for one person that since last season, and this season is even more proved won't lead our beloved Juve to any place. Allegri had his time and chance in Juve for five years and we thank him for that, but that's it. Do we have problems with the squad, specially in the defence? Yes, but this couach aren't even able to set the players in thier best place and try to attack instead of sitting back. No ideas at all … Why suck a big club need to be sacrificed for only one person why? This thing couldn't happen in Real, Barca or Bayern … only us

7. Surely you forgot to speak about Agneli's boy Danilo Who was absent during both goals. And by the way both goals were conceded from his side and he was not there to defend.

8. In 3 men defense a lot of times Danilo is not able to come back and defend.

9. Allegri is the first responsable of all misfortune of juventus , we never lose 4 times in our stadium , we never lose 5-1 against naboli, 4 against benfica, humiliation against maccabi haifa , humiliation against monza ect ect ect

13. Bebe. We put too much emphasis on Vlahovic. He has not proven anything in Juve colours. I think we overpaid for him. He had one great season in Serie A no?

14. I am not sure what Allegri is doing but he definitely wants his contract to not be renewed and who knows if any serious club will want him after Juve.
    This club definitely needs to start from scratch as soon as possible but the #1 priority is J Medical. We need to stop the injuries. It's almost February and we have yet to see Chiesa, Vlahovic and Pogba in the same field.

15. It's very true about Rabiot, Beppe. He, along with many others on the pitch seem mentally defeated. I have the bad feeling that more punishment is coming, Serie B is on the mind

20. Ciao Beppe. Dark times as a juve fan, hard to see much to look forward to if Allegi won't stop playing the 3-5-2. But maybe this is the breaking point that he needed to see and that this formation does not work. I am hopeful for coming weeks we will get the 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1 with Chiesa, Di Maria, Pogba, and Vlahovic all in the mix. Big game Thursday to see how Allegri responds. Grazie!

21. IF we failed to beat Monza , its hard to dream that Juve will achieve something else we can proud of .

    Rebuilding the only option right now . Yes we`ll miss some champion tittle for a while and maybe Serie A (if those anti Juve deciding to punish us with additional point deduction) but as Juve fans, I believe we`ll be bouncing back just like post 2006 .

    Clearing out players Paredes , Cuadrado , Alex Sandro , and even maybe Danilo , DiMaria and Rabiot should be in Juve Management`s priority. In same time they can also bringing ex Juve Players like Marchisio, Del Piero , Trezeguet and maybe Buffon and Platini as additional advisor to help future coach rebuild our Juve

    Allegri should be resigned . The damaged already to deep . It doesn`t matter anymore how big he should responsible with this situation but right now our players especially the youngsters need someone new, either to reignite their passions and understand true meaning selected as Juventus Representative on fields .
