7. Man Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal, have always been the top three in England, no matter what each is doing. Man City haven’t won anything just as Ben Johnson didn’t win a gold medal. Cheating isn’t winning.

10. Man City, Chelsea and PSG are all manufactured clubs. Especially Man City and PSG. Yet those saying Chelsea were established before Abramovich, need to remember something. Even before Abramovich, Chelsea were still buying their trophies and ended up in £100m of debt (eqv of around £600m minimum in today's money). The only one who came through the ranks before Abramovich was John Terry. The rest of them Mark Nicholls, Jody Morris etc were Chelsea failures. Man City and PSG though are not respected as clubs as they are both franchises. If City get thrown out of the PL, all their players will leave, they will never recover and their owners will simply leave it to rot. PSG eventually will go the same way and it's already happening at Chelsea. True giants like Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool will always be around and safe as they have the richest and most earnt history in football. Arsenal are now back as a force, Liverpool came back as a force and eventually will again and same is happening with Man Utd. Newcastle cannot be included in the franchise bracket as they've always been a huge club. They were simply unfortunate to get a rogue owner in Mike Ashley who promised their previous owners and fans the world to take over and then spent none of his "wallpapered money" to invest in them. Yes they are going the way Chelsea and City did but their owners are doing it the proper way and taking their time in doing it.

    The very fact City are even relevant or garners any interest is only down to the fact they share the city with the biggest club in the world…
    Imagine if they had bought someone like Bournemouth nd Southampton they would have won same or more and won't be half as relevant and the indifference toward them will be even more
