   Man City should stay in the EPL but HAVE to forfeit each and every game during the forthcoming seasons in all competitions, so it's an automatic victory or 3 league points for the opposition for 3 years (seasons) straight, because this will force them to have to do a complete new rebuild.

   THAT WOULD BE A LONG AND PAINFUL RELEGATION TO LEAGUE TWO… and then a forced rebuild from a clean slate, haha!

   Forget the fines. Then a 2/3year transfer ban should come in when they start fresh in League two, of which forces them to then use players who've stayed or been brought through the academy. Hit them where it friggin hurts. I swear they'd just sell the club looool

At first I was with stripping the titles and awarding it to the runners up but thinking about it you can you'd have to void those seasons because we don't know what teams were affected by their cheating wouldn't of just had an affect on the title they'd of impacted teams getting top 4 maybe relegation and how can you fairly judge that all those runners up would of gone on to win the league just to many variables
