Liverpool Defender Nat Phillips is a loan target for Middlesbrough and Stuttgart.
Phillips, 26, previously enjoyed a loan spell at Stuttgart in the 2019-20 season, in which he made 22 appearances.
He was also loaned out to Bournemouth.
Phillips has made 29 appearances for Liverpool, but only played twice in the Premier League last season.
He played an important role as Jurgen Klopp’s side endured an injury crisis in the 2020-21 campaign, playing 17 times in the league but now have to come out and get regular minutes again.

Meanwhile, fellow Liverpool defender Billy Koumetio, 20, has completed a season-long loan at French club USL Dunkerque.
Koumetio, who was previously capped by France at youth level, was loaned to Austria Vienna last season.
The youngster made two competitive appearances for Liverpool’s first team.
He played against Midtjylland in the Champions League in 2020 and against Leicester in the League Cup in 2021.
