Prince Harry, Leonardo DiCaprio, Liam Gallagher And Selena Gomez were among the eclectic group of celebrities who came to watch Lionel MessiThe Inter Miami club faces Los Angeles FC on Sunday September 3.
The long guest list of “notable attendees” at the match, which took place at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles and ultimately saw Inter Miami win 3-1, featured famous faces from the world of cinema, music and sport.
The list, which was shared on Twitter, included the likes of Owen Wilson, Ed Norton, Glen Powell and LAFC co-owner Will Ferrell. Further reinforcing the power of the stars, it also featured two Spider Man stars past and present, Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland.
Ted Lasso star Jason Sudeikiswho played an American college football coach hired to manage fictional Premier League team AFC Richmond in the hit Apple TV+ comedy, showed he was also a fan of the sport in real life, along with his co -star Brendan Hunt.
Harry, a California resident, was photographed cheering on the Los Angeles team, holding a team scarf. His wife Meghan Markle was named on the guest list before the game, but did not appear to attend the game.
While other famous attendees had their profession listed, Harry and Meghan were the only guests not to have additional information next to their names, referred to only as “Prince Harry” and “Meghan Markle.”
Harry’s release took place two days later he and Meghan were spotted on Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., on Friday evening (September 1), when the couple was photographed in a private box.
Alongside former Oasis star Gallagher and singer-actor Gomez, who watched speechless as LAFC goalkeeper John McCarthy saved a Messi shot, other musicians on the guest list included rappers Nas, Tyga and Cypress Hill’s BReal, as well as Rage Against the Machine.
Basketball stars LeBron James, James Harden and Magic Johnson, who is also a co-owner of LAFC, were also on the list of attendees.
Football legend and Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham was also photographed at the match, watching from the sidelines rather than the VIP seats.

Messi joined Inter Miami in July, after his contract with French club Paris Saint-Germain expired in June. His new contract with the American club is expected to last until 2025.
Beckham said he “couldn’t be more proud to have a player of Leo’s caliber joining our club” when Messi’s signing was announced, and described it as a dream come true.
