These names are believed to be two of four possible replacements being considered by the team, although the club believe Potter may be out of financial reach.
There is real concern among club staff over Beale’s set tactics as the club’s next Scottish Premiership game against St. Johnstone is seen as a must win for the manager.

Beale had a say in recruitment over the summer but the board are unhappy with the direction the club is going, we’ve been told.
The club have not replaced Ross Wilson, who left for Nottingham Forest as sporting director, and so it is Beale and head scout John Park who run that department.
