Cristiano Ronaldo’s fiery response to a kid has gone viral on the Internet. Ronaldo was recently seen responding to a fan while returning to the dressing room after a match. The Portuguese star was heard replying to a young kid who apparently teased Ronaldo beforehand. While the kid’s voice wasn’t clearly heard, it is being reported that the kid teased Ronaldo by using Lionel Messi’s name. 

According to the footage, a little kid yelled “Messi is better than you” which caused Cristiano Ronaldo’s fiery response. As per reports from Express, Ronaldo “angrily reacted” to the young fan’s statement. However, the reports are not true. While Ronaldo was seen saying something immediately, after the fan yelled Messi‘s name, it wasn’t exactly an “angry reaction.“

Cristiano Ronaldo was returning to the dressing room after Al-Nassr’s hard-fought 3-1 win against Al-Batin. Ronaldo’s sensational run of scoring or assisting for Al-Nassr came to an end during last night’s match. After the match, when Ronaldo was returning to the dressing room, the incident occurred. On social media platforms, Ronaldo’s response is being translated to as “Go watch him then, why are you here.”

After a kid told Ronaldo that Messi’s the greatest, Ronaldo replied saying “Go watch him then, why are you here”. Keep in mind he turned 38 last month and still has the mentality of a teenager. He literally won the game too.

However, Cristiano Ronaldo’s fiery response, in reality, was his opinion on the match that he had just played. Ronaldo actually said, “It was an easy game, an easy game, ” which fans might have mistaken to be something else. While it is possible that the fans misunderstood Ronaldo’s words, it also might be a deliberate attempt from the fans to besmirch Ronaldo’s name.

Most fans didn’t even know the correct translation of what Cristiano Ronaldo actually said.

The recent incident certainly shows that Cristiano Ronaldo has learned his lesson from his past mistakes. Last year, during his Manchester United days, Ronaldo did actually angrily react to a fan while returning to the dressing room after the match. Ronaldo smashed a young kid’s phone who was trying to film him. The Portuguese star was even later penalized by the FA for his actions.
