Chelsea striker Mason Burstow moves on loan to Championship side Sunderland amid Mauricio Pochettino’s Blues reboost.

Sunderland successfully obtained the signature of the loan ChelseaPromising forward Mason Burstow, who is currently training with the Black Cats.
The attacker joins a long list of summer offers ended as the transfer window draws to a close.
Burstow, a talented 20-year-old, was on the bench for Chelsea’s opening Premier League match against Liverpool.
Most recently, he came off the bench against West Ham in a 3-1 defeat at the London Stadium and then again in their clash at Luton Town.
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino handed Burstow a starting role in Wednesday night’s Carabao Cup match against Wimbledon.
Arrival of Burstow in Sunderland is a significant achievement for the club, following their recent transfer dealings.

Sunderland recently completed the sale of their centre-forward, Ross Stewart, to Southampton for an initial fee of £8 million, as part of their squad overhaul.
Championship side Sunderland announced the loan deal on Friday, with sporting director. Kristjaan Speakman speaking on Burstow’s addition to the team.
“Mason is one of the brightest young centre-forwards entering the Premier League environment.
“He’s a player we’ve been watching for a while,” Speakman added. ‘WWe are delighted he has chosen Sunderland.
“Mason is a mobile number nine with experience in the EFL and he has had a very positive impact on the Chelsea first team this summer, so we are excited to see the impact he can have in our team.”
Speaking on the loan, the striker said he was “I’m delighted to be here – it’s a huge club with a great head coach and great expectations.
“I’m here to bring goals to the team and keep the fans on their toes. I can’t wait to go out to the Stadium of Light for the first time after the international break.
