After leaving the plane, Ms Skellern said she and her husband Barry, along with their two boys Toby, 10, and Gabe, eight, had to find their own accommodation. The lack of local hotels meant they had little choice but the Spanish airport floor for accommodation. They finally got a flight home on Tuesday.
