  1. I'm 54… and I sang Thunder Road to all my 4 childrens, when they were baby, just before going to bed…

  2. Bruce isn’t really my up of tea persay. I think he’s a good writer and has allot of great songs and stuff. But I’m more into Hendrix/Zeppelin guitar type music. But I went to a show about 7 years ago it’s my friend and his uncle and this guy gave everything he had. I looked at the tour schedule and he had played the night beforehand was due onstage in about 18 hours in another city b the time he finished up. Instant fan of the guy. He plays with a joy that comes thru the audience. Conversely I saw Mellencamp in an amazing venue in Northern California about4 years ago. The guy couldn’t have been a bigger asshole, acted like he couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there and even his interaction with his band was uncomfortable. I legit left the show not because he sounded bad I just couldn’t watch this guy be an asshole any longer. Anyway mad respect for Bruce Springsteen. He absolutely gives you every dime you paid for and then some. If he had his guitar case open at the side of the stage I would have thrown a few extra bucks in there cause he deserved it

  3. An entire stadium packed with thousands upon thousands singing along to every line of a song written in a language that isn't their native tongue is a testament to the transcendent power of music. It bridges the boundaries between worlds and, who knows, maybe even universes. To me, this allows me to retake in my head the photograph of her riding in the backseat of my car trying to communicate why this is her favorite Springsteen song through my crappy Bluetooth speaker (and me worrying that the rattling sound of my loose rearview mirror was ruining the moment). Through this memory – this bright flash of light during the height of COVID (when there were no vaccines yet), "Thunder Road" becomes mine now, as well.

  4. The Drive of his Sound for me is my daily speed to survive in this crazy world.
    Thank you Bruce Springsteen !

  5. Bruce's best song, in my opinion, and I have heard them all over the years ….. this gives me goose bumps.

  6. This is the greatest first song, from any album. The harmonica intro is just the perfect opening to the ultimate Americana album

  7. Creo que Barcelona tendria que darle el título de barcelones universal pues es un símbolo de esta ciudad en concierto de Rock desde los años 80

  8. I love how he interacts with the audience in the sense of letting them sing the lyrics sometimes instead of him, even gesturing it, and how well the song is written.

  9. Sometimes I think he never completly realzied that he did write the most Epic Song in the history of rock !
