
Growing up in San Diego, Charlene Tilton was already performing by the age of 7.
At 15, she was featured in a series of commercials with Ringo Starr. She went on to Disney's Freaky Friday with Jodie Foster and at 17 was cast as 'Lucy Ewing' in the hit TV series Dallas. She was on the series for 11 years.
Charlene starred in several TV movies and guest starred on Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Murder She Wrote, and reprised her role of 'Lucy Ewing' on Knots Landing. She enjoyed introducing an up and coming artist named PRINCE when she hosted Saturday Night Live.
Charlene traveled to London’s West End to star in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? In San Francisco she co-starred in The Foreigner with Imogene Coca and earned rave reviews playing a quadriplegic in Whose Life It Anyway? at the Attic Theater in Los Angeles. She won the L.A. Theater Critics award for ’Best Supporting Actress’ in Dish Babies where she plays eight different characters. Charlene co produced and starred in the comedy hit Tell Veronica at the Hudson Theater in Los Angeles.
Charlene continues to act but is extending herself as a producer co-producing The Dallas Reunion Special for CBS with HENRY WINKLER and MICHAEL LEVITT.
